YES we will stop for bathroom breaks, however please note the time taken during stops may alter itineraries and/or time allotted at specific destinations and/or attractions during your cruise
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
– Any cancellations made 2 weeks (14 days) prior to reservation will receive 100% reservation deposit refunded.
- Any cancellations made between 13 days and 48 hours prior to reservation will receive a 50% reservation deposit refunded.
-Any cancellation made within 48-hours of reservation will not receive any refund of their reservation deposit.

Weather Policy
– Captain Gina reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to weather, in which we feel the conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for ANY cruise. Any cancellations made by primary cruise guests, and not Sunshine Swan, due to inclement weather, will be judged on a case by case scenario.
